• “Lindox Car Rental”: Refers to our company, operating under the name Lindox Car Rental, located at Business Bay, The Metropolis Tower, Office 507, Dubai – 25314.
• “Customer”: Refers to the individual renting a vehicle or using our services.
• “Vehicle”: Refers to any car rented to the customer under this agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

• A valid driver’s license, passport/Emirates ID, and credit card are required for booking.
• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other methods as specified on our website.
• All prices listed are in AED and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

3. Rental Eligibility

• Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
• Additional requirements may apply for luxury or high-performance vehicles.

4. Vehicle Use

• The rented vehicle must only be used for personal or business purposes.
• Customers are prohibited from using the vehicle for illegal activities, off-road driving (unless specified), racing, or subleasing.
• Smoking and pets are not allowed in the vehicle unless pre-approved.

5. Insurance and Liability

• All rentals include basic insurance. Additional coverage options may be purchased at the time of booking.
• The customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including interior damage, accidents, and theft.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the rental period will be eligible for a full refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee as per our policy.

7. Vehicle Delivery and Pickup

• Lindox Car Rental offers delivery and pickup services across the UAE, including airports.
• Customers must be available at the specified location and time for smooth delivery/pickup.

8. Extensions and Late Returns

• Extensions can be requested through our website or customer service, subject to availability.
• Late returns without prior notice may incur additional charges.

9. Customer Obligations

• The customer must return the vehicle in the same condition as received, with a full tank of fuel (unless otherwise agreed).
• Any fines, tolls, or violations incurred during the rental period are the customer’s responsibility.

10. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and use your data.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
