1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellations Made in Advance

  • 24+ Hours Before Rental Start: Full refund of the booking amount.
  • Less Than 24 Hours Before Rental Start: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount will apply.

1.2 No-Show Policy

  • If the customer fails to pick up the vehicle or is unavailable for delivery at the agreed time and location, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Booking cancellation as per the cancellation policy.
  • Vehicle unavailability from Lindox Car Rental due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Major technical issues with the vehicle that render it unusable and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.

3. Early Return Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for vehicles returned earlier than the agreed rental period unless pre-approved.

4. Amendments to Bookings

  • Amendments, such as changing the rental dates, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
